Norwich City Legends Reunite for Live Talk Show
Norwich City legends Bryan Gunn and Rob Newman will reunite for a live talk show at Mercure Norwich Hotel on October 2, sharing their historic 1993/94 UEFA Cup run and other standout moments from their time at Carrow Road.
The event, organised by Sporting Knights and sponsored by ScaffCycle, is expected to finish around 10.30pm. Standard tickets are priced at £20, while VIP tickets cost £40 and include a meet-and-greet with the legends. Doors open at 6pm and the show begins at 7.30pm.
Gunn, who started his career at Aberdeen and later managed the Canaries, said: "I'm looking forward to another return to Norwich for this evening at the Mercure Norwich Hotel in October. Thanks to Sporting Knights for the invite to speak with my big mate Rob Newman."
Gunn joined Norwich City in 1986 and played for the club until 1998 before returning in several coaching and managerial roles. Newman made nearly 400 appearances for Bristol City before joining Norwich in 1991, later managing Southend United and Cambridge United, and working in recruitment with Manchester City and West Ham.
The event comes as former Norwich City strikers Grant Holt and Simeon Jackson are linking up once more to star at a special event in King's Lynn. The Canaries idols will appear at a talk show at the Duke's Head Hotel on Thursday, September 10.
