Norwich City is undergoing a significant shake-up as assistant sporting director Neil Adams prepares to leave the club. Adams, who has been with Norwich for 32 years, will depart at the end of the season after discussions about his retirement. He has served nearly five years in his current role, having previously been the loans manager and Under-18's coach, where he won the FA Youth Cup in 2013. The club is planning to promote head of recruitment Lee Dunn to fill the void left by Adams. Sporting director Ben Knapper, who has faced pressure this season after substantial spending, will make Dunn his number two. Norwich City has struggled in the Championship, currently sitting in the relegation zone, which has led to calls for changes within the club's management. The Canaries recently appointed Philippe Clement as head coach, who has managed to lift the team to 17th place after a recent victory against Leicester. As Norwich City looks to the future, they will also seek a new head of recruitment to replace Dunn, while Dean Rastrick is in talks with Everton regarding their academy manager position.
